Safety Notes

This repository intentionally stores only safe project metadata: names, public/deployment URLs, dashboard links, framework, node version, repo references, status, alias counts, and environment-variable counts. It does not store environment values, encrypted payloads, tokens, creator emails, or raw API responses.

The cleanup decision section was migrated from Apps Tools on 2026-05-19. Apps Tools now redirects /vercel-projects to the live Vercel Management page so this repo is the canonical Vercel cleanup surface.

Cleanup Scope

• Keep active apps standalone.
• Keep finance consolidation in ekonomi-finance, not Apps Tools.
• Treat macbokstorage as sensitive-private and block public site/repo open actions in the dashboard UI while keeping the Vercel dashboard link for authenticated management.
• Do not archive/delete any project before checking Vercel domains, env vars, traffic, owner, and latest production deployment.

Billing & Usage Management

A dedicated billing.html page is now included. It aggregates:

• Executive summary: plan status, credit usage, upcoming invoice, on-demand charges.
• Usage by resource: breakdown with visual bar charts (Build CPU Minutes, Functions, Observability, etc.).
• Usage by project: cost contribution and last-activity tracking for the top consumers.
• Risk register: current risks and downgrade-risk matrix with mitigation controls.
• Domains, stores & integrations: hubrumah.com, bangkim.com, heyibnu.com, Blob Store, Braintrust/Neon.
• Recommendations: must-do actions, things to avoid, daily monitoring checklist.
• Downgrade analysis: Pro → Hobby feasibility, questions for Vercel Billing Support, and a draft support message.
• Full audit PDF: embedded viewer + download link for the laporan_audit_vercel_zero_loss.pdf.

Quota Forecast

A dedicated quota.html page is now included. It turns the live Vercel usage analysis into an accessible forecast page at /quota when deployed with cleanUrls.

• Live Hobby snapshot: plan label, current quota usage, and highest-risk resource.
• Executive insight: conclusion-first reading of what the collected usage data means operationally.
• Prediction model: quiet, base, and spike scenarios using 30-day history plus recent burn rates.
• Forecast by resource: Fluid Active CPU, Build Time, Edge Requests, Function Invocations, transfers, ISR, and image usage.
• History & drivers: previous cycle cost/usage signals and project-level contributors.
• Action plan: daily guardrails and triggers for freeze, optimization, or temporary Pro fallback.

Credit Optimization

A dedicated optimization.html page for maximizing remaining Vercel Pro credit in the final 7 days before billing cycle ends. It contains:

• Executive summary: current plan, credit used, remaining credit, on-demand status.
• Billing safety check: Pause Projects status, on-demand budget, guardrail verification.
• Global usage audit: Build CPU, Function Invocations, GB-Hours, Bandwidth, Observability, Blob, Cron, Data Cache.
• Top cost drivers: resource breakdown and project-level cost attribution.
• All 100 projects audit: with framework, domain, last deploy, status, priority ranking.
• Top 7 priority projects: selected by custom domain, value, and productive credit usage potential.
• Skip list: projects that should not be touched to avoid wasting credit.
• 7-day plan: daily focus, target credit usage, validation steps, stop conditions.
• Productive utilization strategy: approved actions vs. prohibited actions.
• Integration audit: Braintrust, Neon, Blob, domains, and downgrade risk analysis.
• Downgrade preparation: Hobby limits comparison, timing recommendation.
• Support ticket draft: ready-to-review downgrade inquiry for Vercel Billing Support.
